Per room, per night. Rates apply to guests; the pet fee is in the house rules.

Booking, payment, cancellation
- 14:00 → 10:00 Check-in / out Check-in 14:00, check-out 10:00 the next day.
- Cash / transfer Payment Payment: cash at reception or bank transfer. We don’t accept card payments.
- about 30% Deposit Deposit: about 30% for longer stays or group bookings.
- 48 h Until when can I cancel free of charge? Free cancellation up to 48 h before arrival. After that, if a deposit was paid, the deposit is forfeit.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 10:00 the next day.
How can I pay for my stay?
Cash at reception or bank transfer. We don’t accept card payments.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
For longer stays or group bookings - about 30%.
Until when can I cancel free of charge?
Free cancellation up to 48 h before arrival. After that, if a deposit was paid, the deposit is forfeit.
How do I pick up the keys outside reception hours?
Outside reception hours and on public holidays - call us. We’ll tell you how to pick up the keys. Details by email after booking.
Can I bring a pet?
Allowed. 40 PLN / night extra.
Is there a washing machine and where can I leave my luggage?
Shared washing machine on the 1st floor. You can leave your bags at reception during open hours.
Is there a lift in the building?
No lift, no ramp - rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor are stairs only. Bathrooms have no grab bars. Tell us before booking if this matters.
Where can I park the car?
Paid city parking (zone B) right in front of the building. Paid 8:00-17:00 on weekdays, free after hours and on weekends.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
We issue VAT invoices to companies and individuals. Please provide invoice details when booking or at check-in, no later than check-out day.
When do quiet hours start and is smoking allowed?
Quiet hours run from 22:00 to 06:00 the next day. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises - breaking the rule adds a 200 PLN room-refreshing fee.
Is it cheaper to book direct than through Booking.com?
We’re also on Booking.com. Booking direct with us saves the portal commission, and cancellation is free up to 48 h before arrival.
